When you build your own meal, add these bold new toppings from our bar, or enjoy them with our new Southwest specials! Here’s a glimpse of how we prepare them fresh in our kitchen!
Roasted Poblano Pepper Blend
We chop red, green, and poblano peppers, add taco seasoning, and then roast them in our ovens at 325 degrees before we add them to our Santa Fe signature flavor.
Corn and Black Bean Salsa
We hand-mix fire-roasted corn, taco seasoning, black beans, green peppers, red onions, and chipotle dressing for this flavorful addition to your Hello Bistro meal.
Pico De Gallo
We slice, dice, combine, and season tomatoes and peppers to make our housemade pico de gallo. Try it on our Tex Mex Burger!
Taco Ranch Dressing
Can Ranch get any better? We add our freshly roasted poblano pepper blend and taco seasoning to our iconic dressing.
